Senior Elliot Redkey scored 19 points and Clara Macdonald added 6 to pace Bishop Diego to a 42-7 win Friday in the season opener for both teams.

“It’s nice to have Elliot out there,” Bishop coach Jeff Burich said. “She’s a smart player that puts us in the best situations to win.”

Abby Fiedtkou led Providence with 10 rebounds.
