It was 11 p.m. when deputies spotted the young coed dressed in a costume of green leaves stumbling along an Isla Vista roadway. Unable to maintain her balance, the Santa Barbara City College student continued bumping into other pedestrians until finally detained by authorities.Clueless to her whereabouts, the 19-year-old female was taken into custody for public intoxication.
