Dos Pueblos freshman Teddy Vigna medaled with a 1-over 72 at Glen Annie to help keep the Chargers undefeated in Channel League play with a 379-416 win over Santa Barbara Thursday.
Vigna birdied the first hole and hit 14 greens in regulation.
Michael Gentry was right behind him in the Dos Pueblos scoring, with a round of 73.
“It is nice to see him shoot in the low 70s two times in a row,” Dos Pueblos coach Kevin Ahlers said. “It was awesome to see the guys play well at home.”
Thomas MacIntosh was the low round for Santa Barbara, with a 78. Miles Mislang came in with an 81.
“Congratulations to Dos Pueblos for a great match,” Santa Barbara coach Chad Gunn said.
Dos Pueblos is now 5-0 in league play and 9-1 overall.
The Chargers play against Santa Ynez Tuesday at Alisal River.
