Dos Pueblos boys lacrosse dominated both ends of the field in a 15-3 non-league victory over Agoura on Friday at Scott O’Leary Stadium.
The Chargers jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first quarter thanks to a pair of goals from Vince Crisa, who ended with four total.
“I was really proud of the way Vince stepped up tonight,” Dos Pueblos head coach Lucas Martinez said. “We came out sluggish and Vince just put the team on his back and got the juices going.
“When he is shooting confidently he is an insanely efficient scorer, and we saw that tonight. He’s just so good at moving within the offense and finding his scoring opportunities.”
Dos Pueblos stayed hot in the second quarter, outscoring Agoura 4-1 to take a 6-1 lead into halftime.
The Dos Pueblos defense continued to stifle Agoura throughout the second half, coming away with 12 takeaways en route to the 15-3 win.
Jack Finneran also scored four goals while Orion Prewarski ended with two goals and four assists.
Dos Pueblos is now 5-0 on the young season.
