Brian Lee Seymour, Jr., a beacon of hope and kindness in the lives of everyone he met, departed this world on June 23, 2026 at the age of 39. Brian was born on Feb. 26, 1987.

Though his journey took him from Bellingham, Washington, to the vibrant community of Lompoc, California, which he proudly called home, his impact will be felt far beyond the boundaries of time and place.

At the heart of Brian’s being was a spirit of generosity and compassion that shined brightly for all to see. His tireless work ethic and unwavering dedication to those he loved inspired countless people to be their best.

His determination, often mistaken for stubbornness, was one of his greatest strengths, pushing him to overcome obstacles and accomplish extraordinary things.

With a mind that constantly sought knowledge and a heart overflowing with love, Brian left an unforgettable mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

His love for cycling and his willingness to help anyone in need — even a stranger or someone who had wronged him — were reflections of the kindness that defined his life.

Brian’s legacy lives on through the family he loved so deeply. He is survived by his father Brian Lee Seymour Sr.; stepmother Doreen Huyck; sisters Jessica Mae Seymour and Jennifer Marie Seymour; his beloved Nana Yolanda Crawford; cherished nieces Tati, Rosa, Leilani, Rachelle, Amarilyz and Penelope; nephews Joseph and Phan; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and countless friends whose lives were forever changed by knowing him.

Brian was welcomed into eternal peace by his loving mother Rachelle Charlene Seymour; nephew Johnny; stepbrother Austin Huyck; great-grandparents Helen and Fred Garcia; Aunt Lily Vargas; Papa Noel Crawford; and Grandpa Jeep Kersavage.

Brian will forever be remembered as a devoted son, loyal brother, proud uncle, cherished grandson, nephew and friend. His life was a shining example of compassion, generosity, and unconditional love.

Although Brian’s time with us was far too short, the memories he created and the love he gave will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His legacy will never fade, and his light will continue to guide those who loved him.
