The California Nature Art Museum (CalNAM) invites artists, makers, artisans, and local businesses to apply as vendors for its annual Holiday Marketplace, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21.

Those interested in participating should apply by Tuesday, Sept. 22 at https://bit.ly/4xCge5F.

Each year, the museum engages some 32,000 people through classes, exhibit openings, school field trips, two free community days, and in-classroom art workshops.

By showcasing nature through art, CalNAM educates and inspires new audiences to appreciate, explore, and care for the preservation of natural spaces.
 
“The Holiday Marketplace is a wonderful way to bring our community together while celebrating the creativity of local artists and makers,” said Jessica Tade, CalNAM executive director.

“We look forward to welcoming vendors and visitors to the museum for a festive day of shopping, connection, and appreciation for the natural world that inspires so much of what we do,” she said.

The California Nature Art Museum has offered exhibits and programs that inspire a love and stewardship of nature through art and education for more than 25 years.

The museum has two galleries that feature unique perspectives on the natural world; permanent art installation Lulu Hyggelig – Thomas Dambo troll #154; and the George and Barbara Goodall Education Center, which provides art activities for individuals of all ages.

CalNAM is open 11-4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays); and weekends 10 a.m.-5 p.m. For more, visit calnatureartmuseum.org.
