Caltrans maintenance and engineering forces are responding to the following highway closures in Santa Barbara County:

· State Route 192 is closed from Coyote Road to Chelham Way due to downed power lines on the roadway. There is no estimate for re-opening.
· State Route 192 is closed near Mission Canyon Lane due to a tree blocking all lanes. There is no estimate for re-opening.
· State Route 144 is closed from north Salinas Street to the Junction of State Route 192 due to flooding and slide activity.
· Highway 1 is closed from Black Road to Solomon Road due to roadway flooding. There is no estimate for re-opening.
· Highway 246 is closed from Sweeney Road to Mission Gate Road due to flooding. There is no estimate for opening.

Caltrans personnel remain on 24-hour storm patrol and will respond to incidents as they occur and when safe to do so. Motorists are asked to please drive safely when all highway workers/emergency responders are present.
