Carpinteria boys water polo ended the Buenaventura Tournament on Friday and Saturday with a record of 1-3.

After opening up the weekend with a pair of losses to Westlake and Long Beach Poly, the Warriors got into the win column against Redwood.

Carpinteria then capped off the weekend with a thrilling overtime loss to Buena by a score of 9-8.

Asher Smith spearheaded the Warrior offense with 10 goals throughout the four games.

The Warriors will return to league play against Hueneme on Tuesday.
