Carpinteria High girls volleyball rounded out the regular season with a four-set win over Thacher on Wednesday in Ojai, 25-13, 16-25, 25-13, 25-15.
“The loud and proud student section helped [Thacher] gain momentum to take the second set by a good amount, but the Warriors then locked in and came back to win the next two sets, dominating the court,” Carpinteria High head coach Evan Rowbottom said.
Cora Nimmons filled up the stat sheet with 17 kills, while Harper Rowbottom also had a strong offensive performance for the Warriors.
As a team, Carpinteria High totaled 90 digs thanks in part to the setter duo of Leona McCllelan and Evelyn Aviles.
The Warriors will now await their CIF-SS playoff draw, which will be released on Friday.
