The city of Goleta wishes the community a happy holidays and reminds residents of the following holiday closures.

• Goleta City Hall and all non-emergency departments will be closed Monday, Dec. 23 through Wednesday, Jan. 1. Residents can continue to report problems or concerns through City Assist at www.CityofGoleta.org/CityAssist.
• For emergencies, call 9-1-1.
• The Goleta Valley Library will be closed Dec. 24, 25 and 31, and Jan. 1. Visit the e-Library for 24/7 access to eBooks, audiobooks, music, movies, magazines and more for free with your library card.
