In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, most non-emergency city offices in Santa Barbara will be closed Monday, Dec. 22 through Friday, Jan. 2.
Also, the City Hall building will undergo fumigation Dec. 22 through Wednesday, Dec. 24. A perimeter fence will be installed around the building for the duration of the work.
Normal City Hall operations will resume Monday, Jan. 5.
Police, Fire and Harbor Patrol emergency services will be fully staffed throughout the office closure. The 9-1-1 emergency service will continue to dispatch calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Repair requests will be monitored and resolved in order of priority during the office closure, the city said.
