Coastal Housing Partnership‘s Home Buying Fair will be held on Tuesday, April 30 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 6878 Hollister Ave. in Goleta.

Attendees will learn how to navigate the home-buying process in today’s real estate market.

The nonprofit Coastal Housing Partnership’s home-buying fairs have helped thousands of local employees access important resources on their path to home-ownership. This spring marks Coastal Housing Partnership’s 17th Home Buying Fair, designed as a one-stop shop for prospective home buyers — whether they are ready to buy or thinking about buying sometime in the future.

The fair format features booths where attendees can chat and network with local real estate agents, lenders and financial advisors. There are three optional education seminars throughout the event that focus on key home-buying topics.

“The Home Buying Fair has proven to be a pivotal experience for potential home buyers who may not know where to start with the home-buying process or are not sure if home ownership is achievable for them. The fair is designed to give attendees the opportunity to find out more about financing options and the real estate market, as well as to meet real estate professionals in an efficient, no-pressure environment,” said Corby Gage, executive director of the Coastal Housing Partnership. “Come, get your questions answered. Find out the next steps on your path to home ownership.”

Coastal Housing Partnership is a nonprofit that has been helping local companies recruit and retain employees local since 1987 by providing a range of housing benefits from savings on home purchases to home-buying education.

Kevin Cravens at Guaranteed Rate is the Key Sponsor of the April Home Buying Fair. Welcome Home Sponsors include Ruth Ann Bowe Real Estate Group, Village Properties and David Kim Group, Village Properties. Cottage Health and UCSB are Employer Partners.
