The Coastal Warriors 8U baseball team completed a stellar summer with a championship title in the Gold Bracket of the NCS 8U World Series in Arroyo Grande last weekend.

The Warriors found their stride late in the summer season, winning three straight tournament championships to head into the fall in style.

The offense led the charge at the NCS World Series, scoring 65 runs across five games and helping the team to a 14-7 victory over the Heavy Hitters Elite in the title game.

The Warriors exploded for 15 hits in the championship game to back up strong pitching performances from Davis Fiore, Noah Ramirez Medina and Brandon Bingham.

Wes Curry earned the Tournament MVP award after shining at the plate all weekend, collecting 10 hits and 10 RBI across the five games.

The Coastal Warriors 8U consists of Brandon Bingham, Colton Nagaoka, Davis Fiore, Jack Bischoff, JT Standring, Mason Ceriale, Noah Ramirez Medina, Preston Cornelius, Ryder Miller, Wes Curry and Wyatt Perry.

The team is managed by Jacob Galindo, with coaches Ben Wallace and Aaron Lynn.
