Wednesdays are a whole lot tastier in Santa Barbara now that Caje Coffee and Petros Restaurant have joined forces for an exceptional weekly Lunch + Dinner series

Every Wednesday at their joint operation at 1316 State St., across from the historic Arlington Theatre, you can treat yourself to a unique, curated menu.

As someone who counts a visit to Caje as one of my favorite morning rituals, I’m constantly amazed by the dedication and detail its staff pours into every item on the menu.

Whether it’s the finely crafted lattes or innovative coffee cocktails, each drink is a work of art.

For this series, Caje has embraced that same level of craft to design coffee-based cocktails that will perfectly complement the elegant, vibrant flavors of Petros’ dishes.
