Love and Care
Question: Year the business was established
Answer: It was established in 2016.
Q: What inspired you to start your business, and how does it cater to the needs of the 55+ community?
A: Love and Care was inspired by a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. We saw firsthand how important it is for older adults to feel safe, respected and truly cared for in their own homes.
As a locally owned business for over 10 years, we wanted to bring a more personal, compassionate approach to caregiving- one that treats every client like family and every home with dignity.
Being locally owned allows us to stay closely connected to the families we serve, respond quickly to their needs, and build lasting relationships rooted in trust. We truly put families and their loved ones first.
Q: What trends are you seeing in the senior market, and how is your company adapting to meet those needs?
A: We are seeing a growing senior population which drives consistent demand for in home care and long term care.
The majority of seniors prefer to stay in their homes, rather than move into facilities valuing their independence and comfort. Our 24/7 care offers flexible care over time as well as creating personalized care plans that continue to evolve.
We are also seeing workforce shortages in caregiving- we remain focused on caregiver retention and support while continuing to build a strong, reliable team culture.
We strongly believe in prioritizing consistency in caregiver- client matching for the best fit. In response to all this we’re expanding our services, investing in specialized training, supporting families, and staying connected to the latest tools and resources to provide the highest level of care.
By staying ahead we are able to provide care that is not only responsive, but proactive, personalized, and deeply rooted in our senior community.
