The Santa Barbara County Fire Department would like to remind the public that it is following social-distancing guidelines enacted by federal, state and local governments to help curb the spread of the COVID19 virus.

The department has placed signs on all fire station doors asking the public to use contact information provided on those signs to get any questions answered.

The county Office of Emergency Management has opened its call center to help the public get information regarding public health and medical needs. That number is 1-833-688-5551.

The department is fully staffed and committed to serving the community by responding to all hazards the community faces.

As always, if your needs involve an emergency, call 911 and the closest engine company will respond to your location.
