The coronavirus tsunami is coming soon, and President Donald Trump’s plans for crowded churches on Easter and county by county closures is looking pretty stupid in the shadow of the oncoming wave.

I would have liked to make Trump smaller, compared to the wave, but there is only so much I can do to keep a cartoon readable at the small sizes it will often be reprinted in.

Readers may recognize “The Great Wave off Kanagawa,” perhaps the most famous Japanese woodblock print ever, by Katsushika Hokusai in the early 19th century. I love the wave.
