Jesse Di Maggio slugged a pair of doubles and drove in four runs and Zach Gesswein had three hits and three RBIs, powering the Dos Pueblos baseball team to a 14-3 non-league win over Foothill Tech on Wednesday.
Jacob Danley hals had a multi-hit game and stole two bases for the Chargers, and Luke Varesio, Joe Talarico, Alexander Hajda, Mateo Calene, Ryder Kendall and Chandler Shellabarger added hits.
Naythan Bojorquez started on the mound for the Chargers and pitched a solid three innings. Owen Simandle pitched two scoreless innings of relief and struck out 4 batters. Zachary Zbinden added an inning of shutout relief, striking out 2 batters, and Sasha Holmes pitched a scoreless seventh.
Dos Pueblos is 2-7 overall.
