Kevin Wirtz pitched a solid four innings for the Dos Pueblos baseball team in a 3-2 loss against Camarillo in an Easton Tournament game on Saturday.

Wirtz allowed one earned run, and Lukas Ginder and Jesse DiMaggio pitched well in relief, said coach George Hedricks.

Luke Varesio, Noah Severson and Dylan Gesswein each singled and Alexander Hadja and a two-run single for the Chargers (0-4), who play their final tournament game on Tuesday.

In other action, San Marcos lost to Simi Valley, 7-1.
