Girls
The Dos Pueblos girls team was led by the senior corps of Hanalora Abel, Alina King, Megan Garner, Addison Parrish and Kay Taylor-Ng. They all delivered strong performances across multiple events with big wins and top-four finishes.
Dasha Dzreeva took first place in the 100 breaststroke and second place in the 100 fly, while Keira McAvoy tallied first place in the 200 IM and second in the 500 freestyle.
Riley Moore also had a pair of top-two finishes, placing first in the 100 backstroke and second in the 100 freestyle.
The freshmen trio of Talia Marshall, Wynona Shea and Parker Bryant secured key points as well for the Chargers.
“I am very proud of all their efforts today,” Dos Pueblos head coach Kendall Kuga said. “They did what the team needed, regardless of what events they were in.
“It was a true team win. Every swimmer stepped up, and the scoreboard showed it.”
Boys
The sophomore pairing of Grant Nelson and Lucas Neushul led the charge for the boys. Nelson won both the 200 IM and 100 fly, while Neushul captured first place in the 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle.
Ben Fuhrer had a strong meet, touching second in the 200 IM and third in the 100 breaststroke. Eli Carnaghe added a second-place finish in the 50 freestyle and a fourth-place finish in the 100 backstroke.

Andrew Davies-Nunez rounded out the Charger standouts by taking third in the 200 freestyle and fourth in the 500 freestyle.
“While the team result wasn’t what they hoped for, these performances were a reminder that depth is building—and some of these swimmers are just getting started,” Kuga said.
