The Dos Pueblos LL 12U All-Stars cruised to a 15-0 rout of Fillmore LL in the District 63 Tournament on Saturday at Goleta Valley South LL.
With the victory, DPLL will now take on either Santa Paula LL or Foothill LL on Monday at 5 p.m. at GVSLL.
In Saturday’s dominant win, Max Nelson hurled three innings of no-hit baseball while striking out five of the 10 batters he faced.
On the offensive side of the ball, Nick Brakka provided the biggest blow with a grand slam to headline a nine-run third inning.
Meanwhile, Matteo Conant went 2-for-2 and David Ramirez, Xoaquin Galicia and Henry Wood all tallied doubles.
The DPLL 12U All-Stars are Cyrus Brunner, David Ramirez, Henry Wood, Hudson Campbell, Julian Flores, Kaz Gonzalez, Matteo Conant, Mauricio Galicia, Max Nelson, Nick Brakka, Santiago Grande, Sebastian Gutierrez, and Tyler Newendorp.
The team is managed by Kenny Newendorp, with assistant coaches Bryan Conant and Mario Galicia.
