Dos Pueblos softball will be the lone team representing the Santa Barbara area in the 2025 CIF-SS playoffs this year.
The Chargers turned in a solid showing in the regular season, ending with an overall record of 12-14 and finishing fourth in a strong Channel League.
As a result, Dos Pueblos was slotted into the CIF-SS Division 4 postseason bracket.
The Chargers will be on the road to begin their playoff run, taking on Viewpoint High in Calabasas on Thursday at 3:15 p.m.
Viewpoint is coming off a regular season where it went 16-2 and won the Gold Coast League.
The lone common opponent between Dos Pueblos and Viewpoint this season was St. Bonaventure.
In their two meetings, the Chargers won both while outscoring the Seraphs 20-8. Meanwhile, Viewpoint fell to St. Bonaventure, 7-1.
