Dos Pueblos swept visiting Buena Friday by scores of 25-9, 25-14, 25-10.
“Middles Kyvon Reeder and Matthew Wilcox played well tonight by chasing their setter down and making themselves available early and often,” Charger coach Ehren Hug said. “We have been really pushing our middle attack this season and continue to harp on them to make an attempt every time. The middles were excellent at that tonight.”
Sophomore Micah Goss made his season debut at outside, collecting three kills.
Dos Pueblos is 4-2 overall and plays at home Monday against Carpinteria at 5:30 p.m.
