One person was taken to the hospital Tuesday afternoon following a single-vehicle crash on Highway 135 south of Orcutt, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.

Firefighters and other emergency personnel were dispatched shortly before 5 p.m. to the rollover crash in the southbound lanes just north of the Highway 1 intersection, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The driver and sole occupant of the SUV suffered moderate injuries, fire Capt. Mike Gray told Noozhawk, and was taken by AMR ambulance to Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria.

Their name and details about their condition were not available.

The crash was under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
