A pair of small earthquakes rattled the Lompoc Valley Sunday night and early Monday, but no injuries or damage were reported.
The first temblor — centered less than 6 miles southwest of Lompoc — struck shortly before 9 p.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake measured 3.3 on the Richter scale.
A second shaker measuring 3.6 was recorded at 12:49 a.m. Monday. It was centered about 5 miles southwest of Lompoc.
Residents in the Lompoc Valley and up into the Santa Maria Valley reported feeling the quakes.
