The city of Goleta advises motorists that there may be delays on Hollister Avenue between Fairview Avenue and Los Carneros Road beginning Monday, Oct. 13 and continuing into the week of Oct. 20.

One lane in each direction will be closed due to pavement maintenance work being done by the city of Santa Barbara nearby in its jurisdiction. Work is scheduled between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

This is a continuation of work Santa Barbara began in the area in September.
