The third-annual Allan Hancock College Athletics Final Fore Golf Tournament will be April 8 at the Santa Maria Country Club.

Proceeds from the tourney will benefit the athletic programs at Hancock, which serves more than 300 student-athletes who participate in 15 California Community College Athletic Association programs.

“The Final Fore Golf Tournament is a great opportunity to celebrate the success of our athletic programs here at Allan Hancock,” said Kim Ensing, Hancock athletic director. “We were thrilled about the support we received at the event over the last two years and are excited to continue building on that this year.

“We’re looking forward to providing an environment that will allow people to take a break from their daily grind, enjoy the outdoors, and rally around the goal of supporting our efforts to provide a meaningful experience for these athletes.”

During the tournament, teams of four will tee off at noon to start the day on the 18-hole course. Lunch will be provided on the course, along with snacks and drinks available for purchase while participants play.

Later in the day, supporters can join Bulldog athletes for beverages and bar food as they host a special viewing party for the NCAA National Championship Final Four basketball game at the clubhouse.

Fans not interested in playing on the green can skip the course and opt for a Viewing Party Only ticket package.

All participants will have the chance to win prizes, including a pair of Fan Experience tickets to the 2025 NCAA Basketball National Championship.
