A fire damaged a single-family home in Orcutt on Saturday morning.

At 11:08 a.m., personnel from the Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to the incident on the 4600 block of Sweetbriar Court, off Oak Knoll Road. 

The first firefighters arriving at the residence reported seeing moderate smoke coming from the single-story home. county fire Engineer/Inspector Mike Gray said. 

Crews reported they had knocked down the fire at 11:19 a.m., Gray added. 

An investigator was sent to the scene to determine the likely cause of the fire.
