A structure fire on Santa Barbara’s lower westside sent a large column of smoke into the skies Sunday afternoon. 

At approximately 5:30 p.m., personnel from the Santa Barbara Fire Department responded to the 800 block of Orange Avenue for a report of a structure fire.

Video and photos from KEYT-TV show large flames and a column of black smoke rising from the scene.

Officers from the Santa Barbara Police Department also responded to provide traffic control in the area.
