The Santa Barbara Foresters saw their offense erupt in an 11-4 win over the San Luis Obispo Blues on Tuesday at Sinsheimer Stadium in San Luis Obispo.

The Blues scored four runs in the first two innings, but it was all Foresters from there as they scattered their 11 runs and 16 total hits across all nine innings.

Leading the offense were Griffin Everitt (4-for-5) and Hunter Ensley (2-for-3), as the two combined for seven RBIs on the day.

Kevin Bazzell, Miguel Santos, Tanner O’Tremba and Nate Rombach all pitched in multi-hit performances to the Foresters’ balanced offensive attack.

After a rocky start, starting pitcher Brandon Beckel tossed 4 ⅔ innings, allowing four runs on five hits and two walks while striking out four.

The bullpen was strong once again, as Cole Reeves and Nick Griffin shut the door in their scoreless innings of relief.

The Foresters (14-8) will turn around and take on the OC Riptide on Wednesday at Great Park at 6 p.m
