Laguna Blanca High School had four senior athletes sign to compete at the collegiate level on Wednesday.

All four athletes will be playing at the NCAA Division III level beginning next year, with three committing to Claremont McKenna College.

Gabriel Lea signed to play football at Claremont McKenna College, a member of the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC).

Lea was a dominant wide receiver for the Owls, earning a spot on the All-Tri-Valley League First Team last season while helping his team to an overall record of 8-1.

Spencer Hlavaty will join Lea on the football team at Claremont McKenna as the pairing will look to carry their strong chemistry from high school to college.

The Owls starting quarterback turned in a huge senior season, as he was also named to the All-Tri-Valley League First Team and was instrumental in their CIF Quarterfinal appearance.

Jayla Provance rounded out the Laguna Blanca trio to commit to Claremont McKenna, where she will be a member of the golf team.

In her time as an Owl, Provance picked up a pair of Tri-Valley League MVP awards and led the team to back-to-back league championships in 2021 and 2022.

Kendall Keshen will continue swimming at Bates College after an illustrious career with the Owls.

Keshen is a two-time CIF champion, as she won the 200-yard individual medley in 2022 and followed that up with a victory in the 100-yard breaststroke in 2023.
