A free seminar on neck and back pain will be held 5:30-7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 24, at the Historic Santa Maria Inn, 801 S. Broadway, Santa Maria.
Those attending will learn about spinal stenosis: hidden back and neck pain, and get tips on everything from maintaining a healthy spine to achieving relief through treatment options when the pain won’t go away.
Dr. Amy Wickman, an orthopedic spine surgeon affiliated with the Cottage Center for Orthopedics, will give a presentation on spinal pain and treatments, as well as answer questions. Refreshments will be served.
