After closing for a month due to flooding, repairs are nearing the finish line and the Granada Theatre will open Mar. 3, a representative for the Granada told Noozhawk.
The first show back will be the Marshall Tucker Band with special guest Jefferson Starship on Mar. 3 at 7 p.m.
Recent water damage at The Granada Theatre forced the theater to cancel their February shows, and some upcoming events were moved to the Arlington Theatre.
A broken sprinkler caused flooding on the stage and damage to the floor on Jan. 24. a representative for the Granada told Noozhawk.
UCSB Arts & Lectures had three events scheduled at the Granada in April and has moved them down the road to the Arlington Theatre before the Granada set their reopening date, those shows will stay at the Arlington.
The performance dates and times will remain the same. Performances being moved include Herbie Hancock on April 17 at 8 p.m., Rhiannon Giddens on April 23 at 8 p.m. and Alonzo King Lines Ballet on April 26 at 8 p.m.

The Arts & Lectures Ticket Office will reseat ticket holders in “comparable seats” at the Arlington and will be issuing new tickets in the coming weeks. Order confirmation emails with new seat details will be sent to ticket-holders by March 11.
Tickets listing The Granada Theatre as the venue will not be accepted for admission at the Arlington, according to Arts & Lectures.
