The Greater Goleta Santa Barbara Lion’s Club will host the Lion Ito’s Riceball Invitational Golf Tournament, Saturday, Sept. 30 at Goleta’s Twin Lakes Golf Course.
The Lion Ito’s Riceball Invitational Golf Tournament presents an opportunity for golf enthusiasts and those seeking a day on the green to come together. The event, hosted by Lion Dennis Ito and Lion John Pace, is designed to foster new friendships, friendly competition, and raise funds for a worthy cause.
The tournament style is a two-person scramble, and participants will be handicapped into one of three flights (A, B, or C) to ensure fair and competitive play.
Teams will play 18-hole, with prizes awaiting top performers in each division, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards. Each team will select their colored tee shirt provided by Ito and Pace. Each player may bring a maximum of three clubs, and partners are welcome to share equipment.
Following the tournament, all participants can join a post-party at Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant on Orange Avenue, where awards will be presented, and all golfers will receive a drink ticket and appetizers.
The Lion Ito’s Riceball Invitational Golf Tournament contributes to the charitable efforts of the Greater Goleta-Santa Barbara Lions Club.
