The Jewish Federation of Greater Santa Barbara will host a talk with Ichak Adizes who will tell about his story of survival during the Holocaust, his distinguished career, and his insights into leadership and transformation, 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20 at the Adam Bronfman JCC in Santa Barbara.

The event will also feature a book signing and the official launch of Adizes’ “StoryFile,” an interactive Al experience now featured in the JCC’s Portraits of Survival exhibit.



Adizes is a globally recognized expert in organizational transformation and the pioneer of Symbergetic Organizational Therapy.

“As the founder/CEO of the Adizes Institute, headquartered in Santa Barbara, Adizes has revolutionized change management, helping organizations implement transformation without destructive conflict,” the Jewish Federation said.
