Isabella Starr “Bella” Vigil, 16, of Santa Maria, California, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2026.

With broken hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved Isabella Starr “Bella” Vigil.

Born in Santa Maria, California, on May 11, 2010, to parents Herman Jakey Vigil Jr. and Angelina Marie Buelna. On June 7, 2026, at just 16, she was unexpectedly taken from us.

Her presence was a gift to everyone who knew her, she was so full of life. From the moment she entered this world, Bella and her father had a bond like no other. She brought a special kind of love that only she could bring, she was his little girl.

Bella enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her Grandma Sonia and Grandpa Herman, who held a special place in her heart.

Although Bella was blessed with a wide circle of friends and family her deepest bond was with her brother, Nathan. They shared a relationship that can only be described as inseparable.

Bella is survived by her father, Herman Jakey Vigil Jr. (Mona); her mother, Angelina Marie Buelna; her siblings, Brianna, Alexia, Adrian, Daniel, Nathan, Isaac, Jaylah,and Niko; grandparents Herman and Sonia; and countless aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is proceeded in death by her grandma, Yolanda Marrufo.

Bella was deeply loved and will be missed. While she may no longer walk beside us, she will forever remain a part of us. Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever sixteen.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. June 25 in the Chapel of Magner-Maloney Funeral Home, 600 E. Stowell Road in Santa Maria.

Funeral Services will be 10 a.m. June 26, also in the Magner-Maloney Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow at the Santa Maria Cemetery, South Lawn, 1651 S. College Drive.
