After participating in my first few elections in Texas and dozens in California, I’ve never witnessed anything as messy as what we are all about to face this upcoming midterm election.
The emotions generated by our two major political parties are unprecedented. This socialist movement comprised mainly of young, poorly informed voters has become fever-pitched and difficult to follow.
Many candidates are presenting radical views opposing the conservative values that have made this country great since its inception.
Let me boldly attempt to discuss what I believe is a subtle spiritual battle.
With our midterm elections just around the corner, we are facing a radical onslaught seldom witnessed in America. The threat of liberal ideologies is not new, but many young voters have been enticed by views that could drastically change lives in our homeland.
We’re talking about ideologies that have failed throughout the centuries with a new twist. Media have become inundated with social influencers pushing these failed practices to an unaware younger audience manipulated in our educational system.
In my opinion, those behind this movement have a very shallow understanding of what has carried this constitutional republic for more than two centuries.
And, I believe God has been with us through it all.
There are spiritual forces behind these radical influencers and politicians who are pushing for a socialistic form of government. Their methods are unorthodox and devious.
They’ll apparently say just about anything to win an election. To them “winning is everything” whatever the cost!
Frankly, I don’t trust them as they casually talk about free programs. How can that be? Programs must be funded by someone.
For example, free healthcare means lesser benefits and much longer waits to see medical specialists. Free programs mean higher taxes and bigger government.
All we have to do is look at our neighbor to the north: Canada.
This country has been blessed by God since its inception. There’s a growing faction of ideologues who want to take control of government and have the populace worship and trust their socialist form of rule. They don’t feel we are capable of governing it ourselves.
God has been aware of these nihilists all along whom I consider wolves in sheep clothing. We cannot let them gain a stronghold in America.
We must go to the polls and vote for those conservative candidates who will continue to lead us forward in this constitutional republic.
Since we are dealing with spiritual warfare, our best strategy requires what has always worked through the centuries.
We must come to our Lord with a repentant heart and solemnly pray that He will save America from the onslaught of the Enemy.
