Answer: The Journey to Wellness Workshops
Q: Can you describe what services or products your business or practice offers?
A: Our workshops are designed to be educational and empowering, with a variety of psychology-based topics presented by community leaders and experts providing practical resources and tools.

Q: How does your business or practice connect with health and wellness?
A: So many of us search for answers, but feel alone and do not know where to turn for help. Our mental wellness workshops provide an inclusive, safe place to come together, learn from experts in mental wellness, and gain a clearer understanding of how to help ourselves and those around us on our journeys in life.
Q: What kind of training, education, or certifications do you hold?
A: Masters in Clinical Psychology
Q: How does your business or practice help your patrons?
A: Each of our workshops is committed to empowering you and continuing to build an inclusive, safe community. As a workshop participant, you are actively committing to supporting this mission to empower yourself and others in this journey of life. We believe we are all interconnected and, in our journey to wellness, we can thrive together.
Q: What makes your business or practice unique?
A: The Journey To Wellness Workshops brings together people with similar concerns, we are relatable and down-to-Earth, with credibility and warmth. It is very important for us to connect our clients to others in the community who may be able to help them. We believe in collaboration within our community.
Q: How do you keep connected with the community and your patrons?
A: Collaborate on projects with others in the community. Be available through social media, phone and email.
Q: Are your services covered by insurance?
A: No
Q: If you do not accept insurance, do you offer any payment plans or any financing options?
A: No

A: Mental Wellness
Q: Why did you want to become a holistic health and wellness practitioner?
A: I grew up in Santa Barbara and want to give back.
Q: How would you explain your services to an individual that has never tried a holistic approach to wellness before?
A: I would say that we offer services to empower a person to feel they can be in charge of their mental wellness. We work in collaboration with others in the community to make sure people can find their journey for their mind, body and soul.
Q: What are the benefits of the treatments/products you offer? Also, are there any risks associated with these treatments or products that patients should be made aware of?
A: The benefits of our workshops are that people are more informed, feel supported and know they are not alone.
Q: What is your healing philosophy?
A: All people have the right to a healthy mind, body and soul.
Q: Do you have testimonials from other patients you can share with our readers?
A: This workshop was personal, wisely spaced out, and a great time for me to reflect! Would love to join in again soon 🙂
The workshop far exceeded my expectations! It was empowering and we learned positive coping skills.
This group also allowed me to build meaningful connections with people from various backgrounds. And I am eager to join future workshops!

Q: If you are not the best fit for a new client, do you recommend them to others in the industry?
A: Absolutely. We are very aware of our boundaries.
Q: What are your normal business hours? Are you available to clients on the weekends? Do you offer telehealth?
A: Monday-Friday, 9-5.
