The Lompoc Valley Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the city of Lompoc, invites community members to the annual State of the City luncheon, 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 11 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1201 North H St.
City Manager Dean Albro and Mayor Jenelle Osborne will lead the presentation, offering insights into the current state Lompoc. They will highlight key events from the past year and provide a glimpse into the future of the Lompoc Valley.
Joining the discussion will be guest speakers, including Steve Popkin, Lompoc Valley Medical Center CEO; Jess Pino, Federal Correctional Complex Lompoc associate warden; Fred Hayes, general manager, Federal Prisons Industry; and Lompoc Unified School District Superintendent Clara A. Finneran.
Each speaker will offer perspectives on their areas of expertise, contributing to a comprehensive overview of the Lompoc community. The State of the City luncheon will conclude with a presentation by Explore Lompoc.
The luncheon will be catered by Chef Ofelio Flores from Valle Eatery. Check-in and lunch will begin at 11 a.m. Cost for the luncheon is $35 for chamber members and $45 for prospective members. Deadline to register is Thursday, April 4.
