Santa Barbara Birth Center

Santa Barbara Birth Center honors the innate wisdom of our clients through relationship-centered midwifery care that upholds pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as normal healthy life events. We offer hour-long prenatal visits, midwife attendance during birth at home or our comfortable birth center with birth tubs and queen beds, and four home visits in the first two weeks postpartum. 85+ % of pregnancies are low-risk and a fit for our care. Our goal is to be accessible to all who want to join us.
