The 2026 spring season was another successful one in town for the local Channel League boys tennis teams, as Dos Pueblos, Santa Barbara High and San Marcos all fielded standout student-athletes.
As a result, the Chargers, Dons and Royals were rewarded with recognition on the list of All-Channel League honors.
Dos Pueblos freshman Ciaran Tober-Bridges made a grand entrance into the local high school tennis scene, going undefeated all season long on his way to being named the Channel League Singles MVP.
Meanwhile, the San Marcos pairing of senior Levi Reece and freshman Nico Holve was a strong force for the Royals and earned the Channel League Doubles MVP award.
Dos Pueblos
Tober-Bridges was joined on the All-Channel League First team by Dos Pueblos juniors Neil Sharangpani and Evan Harwin.
The trio of senior Ryan Taner, junior Luca Ucer and freshman Ryland Montgomery made their impacts felt as well for the Chargers on their way to All-Channel League Second Team selections.
Sophomore Arman Entezari and freshman Massey Scott showed that the future is bright in the Goodland with All-League Honorable Mention campaigns.
Santa Barbara High
Juniors Elio Capozza Taha, Lucas Forry, Beckett McManigal and sophomore Ishan Pandya gave Dons fans plenty to look forward to next season with All-League First Team nods this year.
The senior duo of Huxley McGetrick and Taisei Lopez and sophomore Lake Cochrane played key roles in the team’s success to earn All-Channel League Second Team consideration.
Seniors Simon and Milo Rencher rounded out their high school careers on a high note, collecting All-Channel League Honorable Mentions.
San Marcos
The Channel League MVP pairing of Reece and Holve was also San Marcos’ All-Channel League First Team representatives.
Meanwhile, senior Jacob Cantrell and junior Cade Campbell were selected to the All-Channel League Second Team.
Junior Eliot Gray and sophomore Braden Stewart capped off the local All-League honorees as All-Channel League Honorable Mentions.
