Lompoc Parks and Recreation is chilled and thrilled to announce that the Lompoc Aquatic Center will host its annual “Dunkin’ for Pumpkins” event on Sunday, Oct. 27.
“Dunkin’ for Pumpkins” will transform the Lompoc Aquatic Center’s activity pool into a floating pumpkin patch where the public is invited to swim and pick a floating pumpkin beginning at 10 a.m. Once pumpkins are picked, participants will get the opportunity to decorate their pumpkins on the patio from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. at one of the decorating stations.
Pre-registration for this event is required. General admission is required for all patrons with the option of purchasing a pumpkin for an additional $10. General admission for adults is $6; children 2-17 is $5.50, under 2 is $2, and seniors 60 and older is $5. Children under the age of 6 must be within an arm’s reach of an adult at all times.
