The Lompoc Parks & Recreation Division invites residents to participate in Community Workshop #2, scheduled during a special meeting of the Parks & Recreation Commission, 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, in City Council Chamber, 100 Civic Center Plaza.

The workshop will focus on gathering public comments to help guide planning and improvements for Ryon Park and Johns‑Manville Park.

Residents, park users, local organizations, and interested stakeholders are encouraged to attend and share their ideas, feedback, and priorities

“Public input received during the workshop will strengthen Lompoc’s ability to apply for and secure future grant funding that will support park improvements and developments,” the city said.
