The city of Lompoc is looking to add a rainwater capture feature to one of its local parks and is asking residents to help shape the project.

Rainwater capture features offer multiple community benefits, the city said, including reducing local flooding and enhancing local natural beauty and green spaces, while providing habitat for pollinators.

As part of the process, the city is seeking comments from residents who are asked to complete the short, 10-minute survey using the links below.

“Resident feedback will play a key role in shaping the design of the rainwater capture feature that will benefit the community as a whole,” the city said.

The Rainwater Capture Survey is available below in English and Spanish.
