A toddler was injured after falling from a second-story window in Lompoc on Wednesday afternoon.

Personnel from the Lompoc Fire Department were dispatched to the incident on North F Street at approximately 2:30 p.m.

The 2-year-old child was playing with a sibling and accidentally fell out the second-story window, firefighters said. 

The child, who was in stable condition, was taken by a Santa Barbara County Air Support Unit helicopter to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
