Laguna Blanca 8-man football rolled past Cuyama Valley for a 48-14 victory on Friday afternoon in Santa Barbara.
The Owls are now 2-0 on the young season heading into their bye week. They will return to host San Luis Obispo Classical Academy on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 1 p.m.
Laguna Blanca’s Luke Popovich-to-Jaden Yanez connection was sizzling hot all game long, as the duo came together for a whopping five touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Kevin Castillo added a rushing touchdown to help the Owls pull away for the lopsided win.
