Maho & Prentice Law Offices is offering a $5,000 scholarship opportunity for a graduating high school senior in Santa Barbara County, who is planning to attend a four-year college in the fall.

Tyrone Maho and Chad Prentice are personal injury lawyers in Santa Barbara who are involved in the community and look forward to honoring the class of 2023.

“This year, we are asking our scholarship applicants to submit their own life mission statement, along with a 250-word essay explaining how our scholarship would help them achieve their goals,” the law firm stated.

The scholarship application process opens Friday, April 7. All submissions must be completed by Monday, May 22.

Applicants should submit all documents (essay, resume, transcripts) to the firm’s office manager Andrea Johnson at ajohnson@sbcalaw.com.

The 2023 scholarship recipient will be announced May 30.
