It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Meredith Taylor. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, on Oct. 15, 1941, and after a brief illness passed away peacefully in Santa Barbara on June 21, 2021.
Meredith is survived by her son David Taylor; daughter Michelle Taylor; sisters Nadine Meyers Saitlin and Julie Meyers Brock; brother-in law Sheldon Saitlin; nephew Sam Brock; and niece Annie Turek. She was preceded in death by her parents Sydney and Bernice Meyers.
Meredith was cherished and loved by her children, family and friends. Meredith was a vibrant light that touched everyone she met, and she truly loved every part of her life.
A memorial service in Meredith’s memory was held on June 29 at Temple B’nai Brith, followed by internment at Santa Barbara Cemetery.
