Michael John Kelly, 77, of Santa Barbara, died July 31, 2019. He was born on Oct. 18, 1941.

Rosary will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, at Welch-Ryce-Haider downtown chapel. Mass will be at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, at San Roque Catholic Church.  Interment to follow at Goleta Cemetery.
