The California Legislative Central Coast Caucus Foundation (CLCCCF) has started the Central Coast Impact Scholarship, an initiative designed to support the educational aspirations of students from the five counties of the Central Coast.

“On behalf of the Central Coast Caucus, we are proud to offer the inaugural Central Coast Impact Scholarship to students from Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties,” said Central Coast Caucus Chair Assemblymember Dawn Addis (D-Morro Bay).

“Our region’s students are poised to create impact not just in their own communities but across California, our nation, and the entire globe. It’s an honor to help them along the way,” she said.

A 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, charitable, nonprofit, CLCCCF fosters education on issues significant to Central Coast communities. In line with this mission, the new scholarship program will offer financial assistance to Central Coast students.

“I am thrilled that the Central Coast Caucus is able to offer scholarship opportunities to our students,” said State Sen. Monique Limón (D-Santa Barbara), Central Coast Caucus vice chair. “This scholarship will help bridge the gap in accessing higher education and aid our students in achieving their academic goals.”

Interested candidates can apply at CLCCCF.org, where additional details about the scholarship criteria and application process are available. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. May 31.

The CLCCCF was established in 2024 to promote and support education on issues important to California Central Coast communities.
